Student Affairs
Cal Poly's Division of Student Affairs encourages, advances and wholeheartedly supports the academic learning and progression of our students by fostering and nurturing their personal development. Student Affairs administers housing, career counseling, advising services, testing and assessment services, the health center, and student activities. The Division provides experiential learning, collective decision-making, field-based learning, community service learning, and peer instruction.
The Division oversees WOW (Week of Welcome), the stellar orientation program-the largest in the state-and more than 400 campus clubs and organizations that add valuable educational, social, and recreational experiences.
